The two things other agencies hide

The $999 USD one-time setup fee applies to monthly services, and it buys real work: call tracking and recording configured on your numbers, analytics and conversion tracking, a teardown of the competitors who actually share your service area, keyword and market mapping for your trades and towns, and account builds done in your name. Agencies that charge no setup fee either skip this work or hide it in a long contract. We would rather charge for it plainly and do it properly.

Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the platforms. Google, Microsoft, Apple, OpenAI: your card, your accounts, your invoices. Our management fee is separate and flat, and it never scales with your spend. We never touch ad money, which means we have no incentive to inflate your budget, and when you want to see exactly what a platform charged you, the answer is on your own statement.

Everything is month-to-month. No six or twelve-month contracts. If we stop earning the fee, you stop paying it, and you keep every account, campaign, review, and tracking number we ever touched.
