Five countries, one trade

We work with HVAC companies in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Pricing is in USD everywhere. Reporting calls are scheduled in your time zone. Here is how service works in each market.

United States

The deepest HVAC marketing market we serve, with the full channel stack available: Google Ads, Local Services Ads in every metro, Bing, ChatGPT placements, and Apple Ads.

US accounts run the complete playbook: LSA with Google Guaranteed credentialing, weather-triggered search campaigns, and trade pages tuned to American terminology and rebate programs, from federal tax credits to state efficiency incentives. Seasonality follows US climate zones: northern heating markets, southern cooling markets, and the shoulder-season rhythms between them. Reporting calls run in your time zone, from Eastern to Pacific.

Canada

Full channel availability including LSA, with programs tuned to Canadian grant programs, provincial licensing signals, and a climate that makes heating trades the revenue backbone.

Canadian accounts lean into the cold: furnace, boiler, heat pump, and emergency trades carry the year, with cooling concentrated in a short, intense summer. Rebate content tracks federal and provincial programs separately, because the stacks differ by province. We run southern-hemisphere-style calendar care in reverse: your peaks are the mirror of our Australian clients, and your campaign calendar is built for your seasons, not a template's.

United Kingdom

A boiler-first market where Gas Safe credentials lead every page, terminology is British (boiler, central heating, air source heat pump), and LSA is not available, so map pack strength and standard search ads carry the load.

UK accounts are built on different vocabulary and different trust signals: Gas Safe registration instead of state licenses, boiler cover traditions instead of maintenance plans, and PPM language in commercial work. The heat pump transition is policy-driven and fast-moving, and our grant-content tracking keeps pages current as schemes change. No LSA means Google Business Profile optimization and review velocity carry extra weight, which suits our playbook exactly.

Australia

A cooling-dominant, heat-pump-mature market running on the southern calendar: campaigns peak December through February, split system is the search language, and ducted reverse-cycle drives the big tickets.

Australian accounts flip the entire seasonal calendar, and we run them that way without being asked: summer campaigns ready in November, heating pushes in April. The market's high heat pump penetration shifts strategy from education to competition on price, brand, and install quality. Wildfire smoke seasons make IAQ campaigns calendar events. Terminology is localized throughout: split systems, ducted heating, reverse cycle, because Australian searchers use Australian words.

New Zealand

The highest heat pump penetration of our five countries, a small and relationship-dense market where map pack wins come fast, and a damp-housing conversation that makes ventilation and moisture content outperform.

New Zealand accounts lead with heat pumps as the default appliance rather than the new technology, which changes the content strategy from convincing to competing. The ventilation niche is genuinely strong thanks to the national damp-housing discussion, and emergency and refrigeration trades behave exactly as elsewhere. Competition is thinner than in larger markets, so well-run campaigns win position quickly and defend it cheaply.

Practical notes for all five countries

  • Currency: all pricing is in USD, everywhere. Your ad spend is billed by the platforms in your local currency; our management fees are flat USD.
  • Time zones: reporting calls are scheduled in your time zone, and campaign automation runs around the clock regardless of where your market sits.
  • LSA availability: Local Services Ads operate in the US and Canada. In the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, the map pack and standard search ads carry that demand, and we watch for LSA launches in your market.
  • Exclusivity: the one-client-per-market rule applies per country and metro area exactly as it does domestically.
  • Compliance and credentials: trust signals are localized per country: Gas Safe in the UK, provincial tickets in Canada, state licenses in the US, and registration schemes in Australia and New Zealand.
